NO.
1) But he thinks he should get a peace prize... for not being asked??

Was Pompeo present during this historical event?
NO.
2) At the time, Pompeo had not even been confirmed as our Secretary of State.

Was the US Ambassador to South Korea present?
NO.
3) President Trump hasn't appointed one yet.
