If the test site implodes (Chinese engineers think so) , nuclear material from 5 nuclear bombs is released on the area, and potentially world...the world leaders know this and have hastened to allow this seemingly historic ending to the Korean War...therefore allowing world scientists to help solve the problem...?

3. Hate to say it,

but,the North Korean Defector was my clue as to what might have happened. There was a news story via the Guardian stating a South Korean Doctor claim this fellow Contaminated with Plutonium and was stationed at the North Korean Nuke Test Site. So,how many casualties,China claims 200,how many more are suffering from Radiation Sickness.

My guess is,this is a disaster that is just now being told to the World.
