This NYT piece "What Mueller Wants to Ask Trump" is comedy GOLD! He won't answer ANY of these.

What Mueller Wants to Ask Trump About Obstruction, and What It Means
The questions show the special counsel’s focus on obstruction of justice and touch on some surprising other areas.

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, recently provided President Trump’s lawyers a list of questions he wants answered in an interview. The New York Times obtained the list; here are the questions, along with the context and significance of each. The questions fall into categories based on four broad subjects. They are not quoted verbatim, and some were condensed.

And maybe, just maybe he will fall into a trap

Mueller knows some of the answers. When Trump lies about them on Twitter, the trap is set

And ya, just why and how are these questions being published

As part of the trap perhaps.

so apparently a tweet can be considered legally valid in the form of writing as opposed to "in my opinion" which can be stated or written. If he tweets back to Mueller than he could be in even bigger trouble than he already is.

How about this:

"FLINT STILL DOES NOT HAVE CLEAN WATER!"

Pick that up and run with it - drive it down the government's throat!

HOW can we let Americans suffer like that?

Does "Make America Great Again" have anything to do with perhaps making sure ALL Americans have safe, clean water?

The questions were obviously written by someone who already knows the answers.

They also seem crafted in a way to guarantee that Trump would perjure himself.

Trump has already tweeted "alternative facts" on most of these topics.

So, if Mueller has facts, and Trump repeats his alternative facts, her perjures himself.

If he changes his story, he perjures himself.

All roads lead to "he perjures himself."

possible BS over anything that may come from the questions and answers (if he dares answer) themselves.

You know, like when the cops find incriminating evidence during a questionable search. Sometimes the entire case gets tossed based on a procedural ruling.

Perhaps that's what "the best legal team in America" (hey, why wouldn't he have that?) is down to - find SOME way to just throw out the whole thing before everybody realizes WE'VE BEEN SCREWED!

even if an oath isn't taken. It has its own statute, but triggers the same charges as perjury in a court/lying under oath would.

I think one reason for the statute is that the FBI interviews so many people in the course of their usual work that it's not practical to bring all of them in front of someone who can administer the oath. Thus, lying to the Feds is also a crime.

Mueller should start with simpler questions:
What shape has 3 sides?
A circle.
What color is Orange?
Blue?
How bigly are your hands?
The BIGLY-EST.
What about collusion with russia to undermine the democracy of the Republic?
Barrack Obama.
What can you tell us about UFO's?
Hillary Clinton.

And on it will go, until November when we (hopefully) get control of Congress back, and have his loony as fitted for a 'blue' jumpsuit...
