Why is Trump getting so much praise on North Korea?

He practically brought the world to the brink of nuclear war and threatened to bomb the shit out of them. Kim Jong Un is only taking the fall because he knows that if he doesn't Trump will blow the shit out of them, and we know how well that works when we target other countries. Oh man we stay there forever. Just ask Japan, Germany, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Meanwhile the real mad man with nukes who we should be scared shitless of is right next door and he's got a giant smart rocket he can fire anywhere in the world. I'm of course talking about Vladimir Putin and his Satan 2 rocket. And he's already got over 10 countries in his back pocket and he's about to knock off a few more. Why are they giving Trump praise while ignoring the real threat from Putin?

I edited to add, trump has NOTHING to do with NK 'change of heart'.

His brother had stuff sprayed on his face in airport and was dead within an hour. That was a direct threat to Kim- he could be killed so easy.

China said 6? months ago - not exact quote- "If USA invades and attacks NK- China will help NK" China is backing Kim and NK/SK..that is their border countries between Russia. Asian countries.

Russia 'was' an ally of NK, shipped by sea many 'supplies', nuke supplies. Russia used NK to rattle USA & probably assassinated Kims relative.

Dumping the nuke program gives Kim an out to DIS-continue relations with Russia. Kim wants to live.

Russia still will twist Republican-trumps nuts as those traitors are blackmailed by Russia.

of stable mind. I agree it is ridiculous Trump is getting credit. The same will happen with Iran. Others will put right a crisis that he creates to avoid war and Trump will take credit.

He's a real life James Bond villain. He's rigging elections all over the world (including his own), stirring up fears of white supremacy and anti semitism. And he's got a giant rocket aimed right at us. This is not a guy who i would call stable by any means.

given the trade embargo that the orange asshole wants to institute on China and other nations in the region (which haven't been clearly spelled out because tRumps inanity), I think SK is praising the orange asshole to keep it out of the target area for embargo.

just my two cents.

Other countries, Canada, Mexico, Australia continue their TPP billions in trade agreement AND China took over the USA advantage. China was never a TPP participant but now they have the trade advantage.

really a shame for all the tiny countries like Vietnam- they almost got out of Chinas hold on them..now they'll be slave countries to China forever.

a tRump quote paraphrase in an article in Politico...

"Taking Trump at his word during the campaign—when he decried U.S. allies Japan and South Korea as ungrateful free-riders—it would be reasonable to conclude that Trump is willing to forsake U.S. allies in the region by getting Kim to agree to negotiate away his ICBMs but ultimately leave Kim with a regional nuclear strike capability."

He really has done nothing to deserve it, and his attempts at military strikes so far have been utter disasters. If we got caught up in a war with North Korea it would be disastrous.

He seemingly did nothing. And diplomacy? He called Kim Jong-Un "Little Rocket Man" and they apparently discussed giving NK a "bloody nose" and gave everybody here ulcers for a few months wondering if we were going to die in a nuclear war.

I award him no points and may Goddess have mercy on his soul.

They voted for a man who wondered why we have nuclear weapons if we're not going to use them. A few specifically want them used, a significant block believe Armageddon is overdue and just has to be accepted, but most preferred to believe he was posing to scare people but wouldn't.

Those last were proven right, so of course they're happy, and even reaching for respectability.

Our turn to just accept, and hope they never have to learn what a dread-ful choice they made.

knowing full well that he would only make things worse. So he does deserve some credit for encouraging others to act.

Romney was right about Russia being our biggest political foe and we all laughed at him. Trump won't do anything about Putin because he benefit from their interference in our election.

Without them being like they are, none of those other things would be possible to maintain. They instruct the general public how to think and react to all things around them and this, all to their corporate master's liking.
