#45 breaks so many precedents... just makes my head spin. To my knowledge no sitting US President has declared their predecessor to be ineligible for the office due to not being American.

Edit to add: I don't think my least favourite Prime Minister has had his or her doctor's office raided either.

As far as I can remember, that didn’t happen even at the worst times for Bill Clinton. Although there were republi-CONS trying to climb around inside his and Hillary’s underwear drawers and bellybutton lint. None of those assholes minded it one bit when Ken Starr went scrounging everywhere to the far reaches of every compass point.

And the Obamas provide the kind of contrast that is so glaring as to be almost eye-piercing.
