If Mueller tries this, it will end up going to the Supreme Court and likely get dragged out for awhile. And with Trump's illegitimate stooge on the court, they may side in his favor.

11. With that in mind - and I definitely recognize that as a strong possibility - I am hoping SO hard

that RM doesn't spring the trap before the malevolent buffoon's head is sure to be snapped off by it. I have a big fear that one major challenge like that lost by the forces of goodness and light will bring a strong movement to end the investigation...and that that might just fly. That those with the power to do so would feel they have sufficient cover to slam the door in Meuller's face.
