It's enough that he violated the HIPAA Act by discussion trump*'s prescriptions. Now he's admitting that he endorsed a total false medical assessment, treating it as a joke.
Might be time for this guy to surrender his license and head into retirement.

The fucking moron by dictating the fraudulent letter, sending his goons in to steal files, to threaten a person and violate HIPAA rules or the doctor for mentioning a medication that he prescribed, for not reporting the theft and threats to the police, and for allowing the fraudulent report out (despite having been threatened constantly since).
