Not to diminish what Suazo went through, at least Officer Figuerroa seems to a lousy kicker based on the video. With a free run like that, somebody who knows how to kick could do some very serious damage. Obviously unacceptable and the cop, as well as every other officer present who didn't immediately arrest Figuerroa should be fired and charged/convicted.
