I am proud to endorse my friend, @peteforiowa. He’ll be an important ally in the fight to improve the lives of hardworking families across Iowa, Ohio, and the United States.

He ran for president as a Democrat, endorsed an Independent candidate for Lt. Gov here in California, is meddling in Democratic congressional primaries, running as an Independent in Vermont and may run for president again as a Democrat. Is this a person we should trust?

Just go to the cost-cutters and ask them to use the number one guard all over. Works pretty well.

Thanks for posting!

D'Alessandro is on the bottom in terms of fundraising, but they're all competetive

... I wonder how his constituents feel about being neglected. You know, since he's the Senator from Vermont and all, seems like he'd give them the lion's share of his time.

Gearing for a 2020 run.

If my Elizabeth Warren spent all her time out of State and out of Senate. I for one would be pissed. I worked and voted for her to first and foremost represent the people in Massachusetts.

Who campaigns so many years out? And now backing Independents over Democrats.

....with their constituents so they know what the issues are back home and what he can do to support them.

I'd be pretty angry if I lived in a state where my Senator cared more about the residents of a state a thousand miles away.

If my senator did that, I'd feel cheated.

I'd feel like s/he was putting his/her OWN interests ahead of the voters in my state. Especially THIS early in the process.

I've always felt that politicians who are PERPETUALLY "fund-raising" and CONTINUALLY smearing potential rivals and ENDLESSLY campaigning for their next position, really are not dong a good job of competently fulfilling the promises and obligations of their CURRENT position.

All I'm trying to say is that it seems like the honest thing to do would be to focus on one's constituents FIRST.

But that's just me. I guess I'm just old-fashioned.

meeting with constituents. I saw him at a Cubs game, too. Durbin is one of the most accessible Senators I have seen.

If Senator Duckworth is spending a bit less time on office hours right now, that is all right. She has a new baby.

Bernie needs to go home.
