I'm having trouble distinguishing the legal strategy from Trump's obstruction

other than the hilarity over Guiliani's remarks on Hannity and Fox and Friends, that is.

Obstruction IS Trump's legal strategy.

What are his other options? Confessing and pleading guilty? Allowing a full and fair investigation and trial? Both of those routes end with impeachment, jail time, and asset forfeiture.

Someone posted yesterday "the truth will set you free".

Well, duh, if you are guilty of a crime, the truth is certainly not going to set you free. So at some point you have to make the decision on whether you want to go down for perjury and obstruction, or the thing you actually did.
