I heard someone say it this morning - the only reason for noun/verb/9/11 to be so visible

is to attempt to counter Avenatti, who is not only bright and articulate, but also has won the media game hands down.

1. Rudy the Professional Distraction

Like the tennis ball the pet photographer holds up so he can get a better portrait.

He is certainly that.

6. It's also hiding a bigger scandal...though..not getting a lot of news reporting..

Iran deal...scandal is salacious, but that should be treason in itself, and not getting much coverage..

7. Rudy's light has faded - so many years have passed since 9/11. He's in his glory now.

Lights, cameras, action, everyone wants Rudy. It's pretty amusing. Wonder how long Don - the world's most narcissistic narcissus - will put up with it. I bet Rudy lasts 3 Scaramuccis tops (about a month).

16. COWABUNGA that was a beautiful moment! It brought the house down and

pretty much drove a stake through the "heart" of Rudy's nonstop "dining out" on his role on that horrible day.

28. Wasn't that a glorious moment! It killed Rudy's "Quick! Bring up 9/11 again!" reflex.

Just ruined it for ol' Rudy. He stopped draping himself all over it. Full disclosure, I don't exactly make a habit of following Rudy Giuliani's every word of every speech or public appearance. But when he has gotten coverage, I have never seen him bring up 9/11 again since that night when Biden took it away from him like a mom taking a toy away from a disobedient child.

Also made me love Biden all over again.

19. When Rudy ran in the primaries for President in 2008

All he ever talked about was how great he was in the immediate aftermath of. 9/11. Everything was 9/11 with him. There were terrorists everywhere who were going to do it again, yada, yada. Saying “noun verb 9/11” pretty much encapsulates Rudy’s entire messaging in 2008.

Nowadays most people have forgotten that he even ran.

18. it's his ego

he thought he was on top of the world after 9/11, in the spotlight all the time, controlling the spin in his favor, etc. He loves being on TV and everyone talking about him. Just like Trump.

22. Does anyone remember

how after 9/11 when his term as mayor was over, Guiliani wanted his term to be extended so that he could be "Mayor for Life ?"

Put that in perspective for trump applauding President Xi in China for becoming President for life there.

27. I think it is possible that the 9/11 experience

Caused Rudy to mentally age a lot faster than he should have.

An experience that devastating takes a huge mental toll.

30. True.

Trump wants someone out there fighting for him. He thinks this is a problem that can be solved by attacking in the media. That's what he does with his tweets, that's what Donnie Jr has tried to do in the past--but apparently Jr is a bit more teachable since somebody has convinced him to STFU.

Donnie Sr. clearly doesn't get that the constant exposure helps Stormy's case but hurts his. That's why Avenatti keeps baiting him, and why he keeps taking that bait. Idjit.
