My individual team of about a dozen or so went from having only two women to being half and half now. I see them all as peers and all excel in various aspects. Never. NEVER would I ever think, much less act, in such a way as to treat them as anything other than a professional peer.

Democrats, Republicans, it doesn't seem to matter as far as their attitudes toward the women in their lives are concerned. Some guys are abusive asses regardless of their politics, and I don't get why any of them think this sort of behavior is OK. I guess maybe it's because they've been getting away with it for so long.
