WASHINGTON -- If Frank Gaffney gets his way, Grover Norquist won't be at a high-profile conservative gathering known as the Conservative Political Action Conference in October. Not only that, but the anti-tax crusader and his allies will be totally discredited and branded as supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood.

I dislike Norquist, but if this destroys Gaffney I will not be that displeased... Gaffney is STILL singing the WMDs in Iraq song and dance for example.

2. yeah, i oppose mcarthyism even if norquist is its target

in fact, gaffney may have just stepped in it. i think norquist is a much bigger mover and shaker on the right than gaffney and this may the latter down.
