Trump has neither of those. Of course we know that Trump should resign for the offenses he has committed against women, among many other things, but one thing that we know about Republicans in general and Trump in particular is that they have no morals, ethics, or even ideology. All they care about is power.

She hasnt practiced law in decades, she has never been a prosecutor, and she probably doesnt have a current NY law license.
