1. Melania doesn't want to be First Lady.

I have no doubt that the Office of The First Lady is as chaotic and dysfunctional as the rest of The White House. Melania is not running her own office and there is apparently no one in charge. There is just a group of people throwing stuff together and there is not one person who seems to know what they are doing.

The whole thing is just sad.

is that, being First Lady, she has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to influence policy or push for initiatives, with a staff at her disposal, and also most people approve of a First Lady, not like the miserable lump she married. And yet, she is so obviously lacking in any kind of special interest or pet project idea. I really think she has no idea how regular people in this country live. She is just as useless as her asshole husband. Like Kelly said, "Empty Barrel!" That's Melania.

most likely it would be contrary to IQ45's administration's policies. Sec. DeVos doesn't care about appropriate education, Sec. Pruitt doesn't care about clean air and water, safe food supply, etc.

never wanted to be FLOTUS, either.

She seems like the type that would prefer to lounge around the pool, get her facial and massage, and spend the rest of the day shopping.

But now there is such a high bar for her (filling Michelle's shoes) and she kind of doesn't know what to do. And it shows.

How about if the republicans acted with a smidgen of honor once in a while?

As point out, she doesn't want the job and all evidence indicates she's not that much involved, especially in the day-to-day. About all she seems to care about officially is occasionally making herself and surroundings look pretty.

I'm betting what passes for staff in that circus did a "It looks good, sounds good; no one will notice we boosted it". That's what amateurs do.

that the FTC has a office/division (and/or contractor) that creates these publications and they just repurposed and updated it.

If this had been any other "normal" administration, doing so wouldn't be a problem because why "fix" something that isn't "broken" (outside of maybe updating it a bit)? But with this group, with all its vitriol and threats to carpet bomb the executive branch and remake it, then this is why it has become an issue.

It's Trump's hallmark and his lackeys do their master's bidding. She may not have even seen it before it was released.
