Russia wants to sell arms to Iran, so they've found the perfect guy.

Russia funnels money through the NRA, installs a "president" who gets rid of the globally supported treaty that prevents Russia from selling arms to Iran, finds a traitor with experience illegally selling arms to Iran, and Bob's your uncle!
