Stormy Daniels' lawyer: Cohen was paid $500K by Putin-tied company after election

Stormy Daniels’s attorney Michael Avenatti said Tuesday that President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen received $500,000 in the months after the 2016 election from a company run by a Russian oligarch with ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Avenatti said that the funding may have been used to reimburse the $130,000 payment Cohen made to Daniels to stay quiet about her alleged affair with Trump.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani revealed last week that Trump had reimbursed Cohen $130,000, which was given to Daniels just weeks before the 2016 election. Cohen had earlier claimed that the non-disclosure payment came from his own funds, and Trump had told he was unaware it had been been made.

Giuliani, who recently joined Trump’s personal legal team, has said that Trump only recently learned of the payment to Daniels, and he has not ruled out the possibility that Cohen made payments to other women on Trump's behalf.

At the dinner with Flynn, Stein and Putin, he was caught at the airport by Mueller, he attended the moron's inauguration, etc.

Viktor Vekselberg:
who attended that Moscow dinner in 2015 with Flynn, Stein, Putin etc, was at LOSER45’s inauguration and also had electronics seized by FBI briefly at (NYC?) airport a month or so ago

are serious and he'd better have the goods to prove it. He's been claiming to have other info in the past, i.e. with the picture of the CD that he provided early in the Stormy saga, but never said what was on it. He has kept alluding that there was more to come, but never said what it was and what it pertained to. I would like nothing more than for him to have the goods on Trump and Cohen, but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting. There are plenty of people out there who'd like for him to get his comeupance and get it publicly. Even I was growing tired of seeing his face on TV everyday with the constant string of, "there's plenty more" wait and see.

As Cohen’s lawyers testified in court recently? Because I’m thinking the answer is “no.”

So why would a Russian oligarch connected to Trump’s campaign manager give a guy 500 grand for nothing? Nothing shady there at all, no sirree.

"Cohen said that he had given legal counsel to three clients in the past year, including President Trump and former RNC official Elliott Broidy."

Mueller already has this oligarch in his sights and is a part of the whole mess.

So either Cohen spills the beans about this Russian oligarch guy, or he lied about his client list in open court.

Either way, Cohen is fucked.
