possible charges include:

accepting bribes
violation of fec disclosure requirements
exceeding campaign contribution limits
foreign campaign contribution limits
economic transactions with sanctions companies and/or individuals
structuring transactions to avoid reporting and/or to conceal evidence of criminal activity
federal tax evasion
new york state tax evasion
oh, and don't forget the logan act that they're threatening kerry with!
