Let's not "ignore the elephant". Much has been said about how Democrats should be FOR specific

policies in the upcoming midterms, not simply AGAINST Trump. I agree and don't think we'll have any problem fielding candidates who are FOR a $15 minimum wage, repealing and replacing the Trump tax law and spending more on infrastructure, less on billionaire tax cuts. But, let's also be clearly AGAINST the most thuggish and corrupt president in any living person's lifetime.

A vote for ANY Republican is a vote in support of Trump and all that he represents. If anyone challenges this assertion I'd ask them to list the Republicans in Congress who have voted against him or publicly criticized his lies, his immorality, his ignorance or his bigotry.

Those who vote Republican are saying they are okay with "grab 'em by the pussy!"; with calling neo-nazis and white supremacists "fine people"; with Trump telling an average of 6.5 lies each day since 1-20-17; with paying more taxes for less services so billionaires can pay less; and, they are totally okay with Trump and his family enriching themselves at their expense. To fail to remind voters of the true consequences of voting Republican, especially this year, would be political malpractice.

Point at the elephant. Talk about the elephant. Campaign AGAINST the elephant.

Point to what voters care about; campaign for policies that improve their lives (OK, as a sidebar, point out how donnie boy lied to them and is actually making things worse: affordable and better health care for everyone? Bueller?).
