(100,133 posts)1. It means the DOJ is Co-Equal with the Executive (ie President) and the Legislative (ie Congress)...
It means the DOJ does not work for the other two branches -- especially in the matter of helping a president punish the people on his enemies list.
It means Rosenstein was reminding Congress and the President that his duties are to the Constitution and what his place is in the Constitutional scheme of things.
But you knew that. What just happened?
