Maybe if Kim takes a few more Americans hostage, Trump will be even nicer to him. Maybe even send him flowers.

Otto Warmbier was "released" under Trump.

We shouldn't buy into this counting business. For one thing, Obama was President for 8 years, so Trump's ahead by rate. Secondly, Trump praised Kim, encouraging him to kidnap, hold, then release more hostages.
