I had a meeting with a Contractor on one of my projects today. This is a fairly senior Project Manager with a major regional Contractor.

We were told in no uncertain terms that prices are going up and to budget more for steel costs and lots of other construction materials. And it was all due to tariffs.

So let me be the first to say...THANKS OBAMA!

1. Me, too. It wasn't a big order, but the owner apologized because the cost rose 30%...

and the tariffs weren't in position yet. Then why charge 30% more?

Like orange juice jumping in price the morning after a freeze.

2. They just closed a regional Hospital last week near me .

Many more will have to close because they're destroying all health care.
