UPDATE :

North Korea suspends high level talks with South Korea over military drills with US

North Korea has announced it is suspending scheduled talks with South Korea due to US-South Korean military drills, which it called a "provocation".

North Korea's state-run Central News Agency (KCNA) said that the so-called 'Max Thunder' drills between the South Korean and US Air Force are simply a "rehearsal for [an] invasion of the North and a provocation amid warming inter-Korean ties," Yonhap News Agency reported.

"This exercise targeting us, which is being carried out across South Korea, is a flagrant challenge to the Panmunjom Declaration and an intentional military provocation running counter to the positive political development on the Korean Peninsula. The [US] will also have to undertake careful deliberations about the fate of the planned North Korea-US summit in light of this provocative military ruckus jointly conducted with the South Korean authorities," KCNA said.

The talks, scheduled for 16 May, were meant as a follow-up to the historic and opulent ceremony during which North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in signed the Panmunjom Declaration for Peace, Prosperity, and Unification of the Korean Peninsula during the Inter-Korean Summit on 27 April. The signing took place in the in the neutral territory between the two Koreas, the Demilitarised Zone (DMZ), and officially ended the war that began when the north and south split in a battle over communism and democracy that began on 25 June 1950.

Because KJU was so nice to release the hostages that he kidnapped I, the greatest potus ever will repay him by immediately suspending these military exercises.

The reason I am doing this is because I want to get a Nobel Prize, I mean because it will save us a lot of money.

The end.

America pushes things trying to "show power", when everyone already know we have a expensive military,
It was a DUMB move on our part to even engage in a Joint Actions at this time, and one can be certain, America pressured S.Korea into going along with it.

Right Wing Madness.... along with the idiocy of Bolton and the Rest of the Dumb Republicans can't get off this "Let's show American white man power madness"... They can't come to terms the world is "tired of it"!!!!!!!

The 1950's era of white man dominance is old and the world is not in the mood for that ignorance. Other nations see who "white men" have initiated things that caused debt to spiral, and then they wanted to blame it on Obama, because of the debt it took to try and fix much of the madness caused by Right Wing Republican Administrations, and the COVERT activities engaged by Right Wing Congress in their under handed behind the back promotion of radicalism, by their covert funding and under the table backing of the mass weapon sellers, to ensure conflict rages in any nation they can't dominate.
One would be not fully aware to not acknowledge that much of the Middle East Conflicts is funded by many mechanism of the GOP, because to them, its about money and the long history of conflict generating mass volumes of money, and then the white man ideal of coming in after the fact and seeking to exert his influence with proposals of self interest design. These foreign people know, because many of the them were "western educated" and they know how the white man thinks. The only problem is, American's as a whole deny the truths being spoken and make themselves blind to the nature of "white ideology and white dominance politics".

If we want to fix America, we can't be blind to this stuff, and we need to begin to Call It Out For What It Is. When we do that, then Diplomacy will Flourish like never before.

Kim is no fool, he knows what he is looking at... America needs to stop it, and Let N. & S. Korea develop and design their agreements. All is needed from America, is a signature of "no aggression" and "cessation of war posturing". Nothing more is needed from America.

I get the sarcasm, but this is not the time for Sarcasm... Other nations don't understand such sarcasm.. One has to be mindful of what they say, when it concerns the world... not everyone is up to being in-tune with American jokes and American sarcasm, to many it is considered as arrogance and in sensitivity.

The bomb is not the Answer, N. Korea has bombs, as does China and Russia, and no way China and Russia will sit silent and allow the US to N-Bomb North Korea, and nor does S. Korea want it done, and nor does Japan want it done, Nor does the world community of nations want a bomb set off.

DIPLOMACY is about RESPECT FOR AND UNTO OTHERS, IN A INTERACTIVELY MANNER OF RESPECT.

This oneupsmanship will continue with each side's leader declaring victory to their country once the other side blinks. Then the loser will make more demands and threats and the "game" continues.

Unfortunately both NK and the US have unstable egotistical leaders, so who knows how this will eventually end? I assume SK and China will serve as the rational stable adults and try to calm the toddlers with weapons down.
