The biggest sign yet that Kamala Harris is running for President in 2020

California Democratic Senator Kamala Harris has been dropping major hints that she’s running for president, from appearing on talk shows like “Ellen” to increasing funding for HBCUs from $244.7 million to $279.6 million. But her latest move may be the biggest sign yet that she is aiming to be Madam President.

Harris has refused to speak at this weekend’s University of California at Berkeley’s graduation ceremony due to a labor strike there.

“Thousands of service workers with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFSCME, walked off the job at all 10 UC campuses Monday in protest of what they said was the University of California’s practice of hiring contractors and displacing longtime employees,” SFGate.com reported.

The labor dispute started over wages and job security.

“AFSCME 3299 negotiators have sought wage increases of 6 percent, a freeze on health-care premiums and elimination of contracting out jobs for which its members are trained,” The Sacramento Bee reported. As of now, the university has rejected its demands.

She is impressive but hails from New York...we must appeal to the rust belt. Demsrule86 May 2018 #6
Screw the rust belt. Black women are the most dependable Democratic voters. NightWatcher May 2018 #9
I am talking about geographic location...like it or not, we have to win some rust belt states. Demsrule86 May 2018 #13

There are days when I think too many Americans still are not on board with a woman president, even though HRC got millions more votes.

I hope the 2020 defeat is overwhelming.

but I am a realist. If Hillary or Pelosi were in the positions of power right now they would be thoroughly trashed and destroyed by Fux Ruse, the GOP and the people who elected the moron. Nothing has changed in the thinking of the Americans who are racists and misogynists. It won't change in two years either. Remember how Obama was obstructed by the House and Senate for 8 years? Remember birtherism? Remember why the Tea Party/Freedom Caucus was FORMED?

America is too filled with hate to elect her and if by some small chance she did get elected she would get the same treatment as Hillary and Obama did and still do.

It’s not a metric we can consider.

They would try to turn Joe Manchin into a communist devil.

In California. (I don’t know about other parts of the country). She may be running but I don’t think this is any indication of her plans
