“Pennsylvania Republicans, meanwhile, doubled down on Trump’s 2016 success in the Keystone State — tapping statewide nominees who in style, tone, and priorities show the party has wrapped its arms around Trump.”

Politico: “Tuesday was a a good night for female candidates. In Pennsylvania, the state’s all-male congressional delegation is poised to gain several female additions, as women swept to House Democratic primary victories in a number of Democratic-leaning and contested districts.”

Omaha World Herald: “Kara Eastman pulled off a surprise primary victory Tuesday as Omaha-area Democrats tapped the nonprofit executive to take on incumbent Republican Rep. Don Bacon.”
