Is Michael Cohen connected to the Russian Mafia?
Thru his travels and the people he has met, it appears that he is major player in the Russian operations in this country. After all, it was he that was sent to Russia to negotiate the possible construction of a Trump Tower in Moscow. It was he that had direct connections to dirty money launderers from Russia. It was he that set up LLCs to handle "problems" that Donald Trump might confront. He was the "fixer".
It was he that called himself the "personal attorney" of Donald J Trump. Trump himself, called him "my attorney" in the interview aboard AF1. Obviously, they have a very close relationship.
When everyone began to scratch their heads and wonder why there were so many Russians connected to the Trump campaign, it was because of the connections of Michael Cohen. He is tight with the Russians.
Although he likes to portray himself in public as a "victim" of some sort of sham investigation, in private, he considers himself an important figure between Russian and American enterprises. He likes the idea of being part of the Mafia. In fact, he is a shrewd and clever criminal who has managed to escape scrutiny for many years. It was a natural progression that Russian and American interests would connect, in a very dark way, when Trump and Cohen married their fortunes together.
In my opinion, Michael Cohen is a bigshot in the Mafia and has been the primary reason that Donald Trump has been able to come back from his business bankruptcies in the past. He is the person most instrumental in helping Donald as the conduit for Russian money-laundering operations in our country. Both are big time criminals.
