can somebody explain why an nda would have been needed for an event that never happened?

and why that nda would forbid all forms of communication (texts emails, pics, recordings etc) if it never happened?

and how in the HELL can it be a biding thing, if the names were not true, and the main party never signed it?

what is amusing me now is that a document that was supposed to conceal the non-affair is now on every news cycle. All this fuss, for an event that NEVER happened. hey, I need whatever bit of humour I can get these days.
