But usually those last less than 15 minutes for question and answers, there are only about 4 questions asked, half of those come from foreign press from whatever country's leader is visiting, and the other half are usually chosen by Trump from who he sees as more friendly towards his agenda.

So we barely get anything out of those.

There was, however, his informal, non-scheduled question and answer session at Trump Tower last August. I think it started off as an Infrastructure Week address (because it's always Infrastructure Week and never Infrastructure Week all at the same exact time) and it somehow morphed into a press-conference type event.

And what did we get out of that? Trump proclaiming that some of the White Nationalists marching in Charlottesville were "very fine people." So that might explain why we haven't seen any more full scale, solo press conferences from Trump since.
