5. Yes. Hope she's really okay, whatever the story is.

She took good care of her body, certainly, and on the face of it should have been able to tolerate an outpatient procedure very well.

If it's not a chronic condition, though, guessing it'll be either worrisome lab tests or even more likely pain that lead to this. Maybe another reason she hasn't been looking happy.
