I don't think they will win this. They're desperate. And even a win barely gives them anything useful, so this looks like a PR stunt to attack Avenatti.

That interview would be a lot funnier if the election came out right.

I think they want to find out who Avenatti's source is. And this is may be one way to try to get him to have to do it.
But of course, they will fail at this desperate thug move also.
