And a despicable, for sure.
There a SoS person in the county in Tennessee where I'm moving to that let horses die in his pasture from inadequate water and food. Another repeat offender. He has a landscaping business. I have fantasies of his demise. Some "people" don't deserve the title.

This guy obviously has a very nice stable. An indoor arena, for godsakes! Most ordinary horse people always lust for those.
I am sure he could have found very nice homes for these ponies with people who would have loved them and cared for them properly. It takes several years for a horse's feet to get that long. My guys get trimmed every 6 weeks.
