Barro clearly blames Trump's ascension on THE belief of the shit that the GOPrs made up about the Clintons.

While Harriot, who's not a fan of the Clintons in his own right, blames Trump's ascension on the MAJORITY OF WHITE PEOPLE WHO VOTED FOR HIM.
