I'm glad that Eugene Robinson has finally noticed, now that they are only 1 state away.
IMO; they will change to 12 Federal districts than keep the states.

While they might get the number of states to call for an Article V convention, I really don't see them having the 3/4 required to ratify the amendments without blue state support.
