Anti worker agenda, but rather that they are moving as slowly as they are going. These folks are not even good at being horse’s behinds. I’m happy that they are not, but they are just generally boneheads.

So long as it is the opposite of what the libr’l Democrats do, they don’t care what the position is.

it will be those people that die slow deaths from a thousand cuts and go to the poor house due to this administration's moves, yet they're probably not smart enough to know when it's happening or what's causing the pain.

Take increasing air and water pollution, rising health care costs and slowly increasing taxes as examples.

That's built into the way Republicans do things every time......

Reads to me like it's time for Democrats to change the laws. I understand business interests' desire for reasonable limits on court actions, but I don't comprehend blocking workers from taking direct legal action. Employment contracts surely do not trump our laws, regardless of fine print.

This sort of decision wreaks of privilege of the wealthy because it keeps harassment and discrimination complaints hidden in the dark.

Could this decision help the unionization movements?..........

.... big one.

Get used to it - elections have consequences - this is what happens when the Fascist capture and hold your government hostage, and refuse to let go.

They have the executive, the legislative, and the federal judicial branches of our government under their iron fist and their intent by specific design is to crush any semblance of a thriving middle class.

What ? You expected them to be benevolent and altruistic and act like thoughtful statesmen ?

Get fucking real.
