Sen. Flake gave quite a speech at Harvard. Rachel talking about it now. nt (Original Post) pnwmom May 2018 OP
But hasn't he voted for all of trump's bills? Words are pretty, but actions speak louder. NightWatcher May 2018 #1

Actions should match his words. He should start voting with Democrats to put a halt to Trump and the GOP's agenda and slow the damage they're doing.

But he won't, he keeps voting with Republicans because he's a fake.

I agree with everything he said; I just wish he and the other GOPers hadn't let it come to this. He tells people to "stand and fight" but he's quitting the Senate, and he's consistently voted for things Trump wanted even after he announced his retirement. So - great words, but not much else. Maybe he'll fire up the Harvard Law grads he was speaking to.

But something tells me that Flake's honorarium for speaking at Harvard wasn't small, at least by most people's standards.

Even with him quitting and being a freebird on votes, he is still voting with Trump 100%.

If he really believes what he is saying why is he smiling the entire time??? There is nothing to smile about what is happening!! So to me the words do not match the face!!!!

Rachel's commentary about it was pretty much spot on.
