North Korea Warns of Nuclear Showdown if Summit Canceled
A top North Korean official has threatened a nuclear-to-nuclear showdown with the U.S. if Washington calls off the June 12 summit between President Trump and Kim Jong Un. A day after Trump told South Koreas Moon Jae-in hed call off the meeting if Kim doesnt agree to the conditions set forth by the U.S., Choe Son Hui, North Koreas vice minister of foreign affairs, said shed urge Kim to cancel the meeting if Washington continues on its current track. Choe took particular issue with recent remarks by Vice President Mike Pence, whom she called a political dummy. Pence suggested in an interview with Fox News this week that North Korea could suffer the same fate as Libya if it fails to live up to its denuclearization pledge. As a person involved in the U.S. affairs, I cannot suppress my surprise at such ignorant and stupid remarks gushing out from the mouth of the U.S. vice president, Choe said in a statement released through official state media. She also accused the U.S. of misleading the public opinion about the planned meeting, which she said Washington requested despite the Trump administrations claims it was the other way around.

It appears that Kim's top advisor on this "she" Choe Son Hui
Is that Kim's sister or someone else? If women are in charge in NK, Trump is really messing with the wrong people.
Sounds like Choe does not suffer fools or strident evangelicals.

after both Bolton and then Pence threaten Kim with going the way of Libya's Muamar Gaddafi?
WaPo: As the President made clear, this will only end like the Libyan model ended if Kim Jong Un doesnt make a deal, Pence told Fox News. Asked whether that could be interpreted as a threat, Pence said: Well, I think its more of a fact. ...
Bolton and Pence have touted the Libya model, whereby Moammar Gaddafi gave up his nuclear weapons program in 2003 in return for sanctions relief. The North Korean regime, however, remembers what happened eight years later: Gaddafi was overthrown and brutally killed by his opponents.
