He would give administration jobs to people who ask for it (like the wife of a congressman) . They would send their wish list, he would make it happen. He also got paid to get the justice department to drop a big lawsuit (which they did) etc.. It's Boris Yeltsin level of corruption. You have money, you can get lawsuits dropped, buy an ambassadorship or the like...

To me, the bigger question is "why does he think he have the leverage to deliver on his promises ?" CincyDem May 2018 #2

Hmmmm....here's a guy whose name we didn't even know 3 months ago. Then, out of nowhere, we learn he's also been David Dennison and in that role he employed DJT's "fixer" to negotiate an NDA with a blonde (Stormy-esque) playboy bunny who happened to need an abortion.

So...is it really that far out on a limb to imply that Mr. Broidy has complete confidence that he has the President's ear on important topics like Under Secretaries of State, Ambassadors to UAE, or major DoJ cases.

I don't know anything, I'm just saying.

Just a nefarious thought. Broidy to Cohen (dRumpf).

Anything Cohen does, a royalty goes to dRumpf.

Thinking about actions of the Special Counsel, I could see Cohen in more liability than Manafort.

What really got me was the SC's filing Wednesday evening in response to the media suit.

He claimed to be the guy who forced playmate to get abortion. That story stunk the minute Cohen gave him up so easily. In exchange he's got Trump in his debt. It is all gonna come out. Trump didn't want to be a poppa again. The question is will Evangelicals say it's nobodies business just a personal matter between Trump and his mistress. Of course on a one time only basis.
