Going to the "record" in question on that site brings up apparently random information each time you click on it.

Would you care to explain what you believe that site to be, and why you believe it to be whatever it is you think it is.

Quite obviously, the letters d, g, f, c and t are in close proximity on a keyboard.

In fact they are all adjacent keys clustered around the letter "f".

So, what is it that leads you to believe that this is somehow an international transaction code of some kind, which is amazingly available on a website registered in Russia?

Where did you get this notion that there is some website which purports to provide data about what are various low dollar remittance amounts (as if there would be such a thing in the first place)?

It looks quite like random keyboard action centered around the letter "F", and that website you linked appears to be bullshit.

Try this - pick any code listed on that page at random and click it to look at the "transaction". Then click it again. Then click it a few more times.

Notice that each time you click on the same "transaction", it produces a different random result.

Why would there even BE a website where one could look up small dollar money transfers?

Is this something you simply found by googling, or did someone lead you to believe there was anything legitimate about what appears to be a random letter sequence google catcher?
