Kidney procedure... or facelift or body modification... who really knows... if it was a facelift (her second or third?) it would be sometime before she could be pictured in public again.

there are neighbors who would know if she either lives there or spends a lot of time there. She would arrive and depart with a lot of security, maybe even blocking traffic on the street.

11. I predicted that in a post here yesterday

that she would announce that she and Barron would be returning to NYC once Barron was out of school "to take care of personal matters". She's not staying with Piggy for any longer than she's required to. Run Melania, run!
