My prediction on Trump's auto and steel/aluminum tariffs

Trump will impose tariffs on neither autos or European steel and aluminum.

My prediction is due to Trump’s penchant for making a threat, negotiating, getting a ridiculously insignificant concession, amd portraying the small concession as YUGE.
