I wish the media (New Times' Phillip Rucker in particular) would stop saying

That half the country supports Trump. It’s not fucking true. The latest polling reported that only 32% would vote to re-elect Trump. That shit makes me crazy.

There's no way half the country would vote for him, but it's much higher than 32 percent bearsfootball516 May 2018 #2

If Trump only got 32 percent of the vote in 2020, the Democratic nominee would win all 50 states and the popular vote by an amount never seen before.

It wasn’t an approval poll. It was “Would you vote for Trump” poll

without having a lot of pressure (boycott for example) tells me that there is very little support for Trump or Trumpism. A great big business like a TV network which exists purely to make money does not lop off one of its biggest sources of income unless they know which way the wind blows. There are plenty of (dishonorable) ways ABC could've avoided killing this show if their research showed that the majority of viewers support Trump.

I subscribed to the Times when I found out it was the one he hatred most. It may be the Post now that Zuckerburg is kicking his ass.

It seems as if most in the media ONLY care about fatso's base. Not about the majority of this country who didn't vote for his racist, fat, treasonous ass.

His numbers never match up to reality. Seems to always defend Trump much like Chuckie Toad.
