My 7 week old grandson had just thrown up on me while I was burping him after feeding him some formula.

It was yesterday, right?

I woke up late cuz I went walking and watered my lawn on Monday night. I saw it on my phone as I checked my email. Then, I checked DU. Then I ran errands. Then I came home and had to finish watering my lawn.

(I live in TX. It is very hot and we are on drought restrictions. It takes about 2 days to water my lawn)

6. Had just gotten back from being at the pool for an hour.

Came inside and took a shower to get the chlorine off. Sat down on the couch and pulled Twitter up on my laptop, and there it was.

try to decide what to pull out for dinner.

9. At home watching CNN when Breaking News appeared

I hadn't even heard about the tweets at that point. I had the television on for a few minutes and CNN was talking about something else.

So I was very happy to hear of the firing and then I learned why it happened.

Doesn't really surprise me. My hours are so different I slept through the Challenger incident and also 9/11 while living in Las Vegas.

11. I just got home

And was watching Greitens resign when my kid says "Oh, Roseanne was canceled and there's a huge shitstorm."

(She just graduated from high school and now likes to swear in front of me. It excites her.)

this historic moment when I heard what happened to Roseanne. I was glued to the computer so hard I didn't notice the puppy was trying to shit on the floor, and I said to myself, "That's appropriate."
