Michael Moore teases 'secret project' with old clip of Trump, Roseanne

Michael Moore is teasing a “secret project,” sharing on Wednesday an old clip of himself on a TV show with Roseanne Barr and President Trump.

The “Fahrenheit 9/11” director tweeted a clip from his appearance on Barr’s 1998 talk show, in which he appeared alongside then-New York real estate mogul Trump.

In the segment, Trump praises Moore’s 1989 documentary, “Roger & Me.”

“It was terrific, I tell ya. I loved what he did,” Trump tells Moore. “If I was [former General Motors CEO Roger Smith] I wouldn’t have liked it. But I enjoyed it,” Trump added.

“I hope he never does one on me,” Trump says, as Barr and Moore laughed.

Moore, one of Trump’s most vocal critics, said in a message posted on his website: “I’ve been working on a secret project for the last few months.”

The Oscar-winning director was said to be working on “Fahrenheit 11/9,” — a reference to the day that Trump won the White House race — but reportedly is in a dispute with Harvey Weinstein’s former production company about its distribution.
