What I'd like to see is Mexico and Canada, where possible, apply the same punitive tariffs against the same American products as China is doing. They can always add to the list, but closing off Mexico and Canada, as well as China, from selected US products will send a very strong signal. Well, not to trump, of course, but to his voters and supporters. Hey Iowa farmers, how's that MAGA working out for you? Sure hope you banked your $100 tax cut. AT 1% interest, in 50 years you'll have $165 in the bank. USA! USA! USA!
