ColorComm's 5th Annual Circle Awards Dinner
Emcee: CNN Political Commentator Symone Sanders
Keynote: MSNBC Political Analyst and Host of "AM Joy"Joy Reid
She's the keynote speaker at a dinner in Maui tomorrow.
If you actually watched her program, you would know that.
But randomly accusing unidentified persons as "You no good fucking NAZI'S" is, I suppose, more interesting.

(62,444 posts)Five seconds with Google.
Less time than it takes to type "You no good fucking Nazi's" because, yeah, Joy Reid attending a conference to give a speech is JUST LIKE Nazism.

(24,808 posts)and then we make excuses for DUers who are similarly uninformed. If you have time to log on to the internet you have time to check out whether theres any truth to what you are about to post on DU. It took about 10 seconds to debunk this claim.

(130,533 posts)you could have had a quick look at Google, wherein you'd have discovered that she's the honored speaker at a conference and not even slightly fired.

(2,795 posts)I don't feel I need to forgive her. If those were her real views, I believe people's hearts and minds change with time. I grew up in rural nebraska and looking back at myself, I would call Nebraska me a bigot and a racist. But I changed with exposure to people and places outside of my bassakwards Nebraska town, evolution of society in general. I'm like a 180 in my social/political views of who I was in my early 20s.
