She clearly had the line fed to her, rehearsed it, and when she was asked the question (the first one after she praised Trump for his first 500 days, slammed the "naysayers," and wished her husband a happy birthday and thanked him for "putting up with her" ), she fired back her response without blinking. She clearly anticipated the question and shot it down the minute it was asked.

If SHS answers the questions at all, she's merely reading the prepared and pre-written text before her. Her answers are written before the questions are asked. Plus, she responds in the same uninterested monotone that her boss uses as he reads (badly) from the teleprompter. At least Spicer has the self awareness to be embarrassed by his answers.
