A quick look on Wikipedia shows that five American ambassador’s have been declared PNG since the 1950s. Of course, this is in addition to Other American diplomats as well as untold numbers of intelligence officers.

In fact, the Panama City, Panama, municipal council declared the buffoon-in-chief PNG for stupid and offensive comments he made in 2001 about the US giving up control of the Panama Canal.

I would think that given how the US has treated Germany in the past 18 months, Germany would be prepared to declare the American fascist ambassador png. They really have nothing to lose, And a Democratic administration is certainly not going to hold that kind of action over their heads in the future.
