It was highly amusing because he was complaining about the kneelers, and then you could see one of those giant field-sized flags behind him - the kind that when carried violate the flag code, and he would do parts of the anthem, begin to silently mouth words musically the clam up.

I hardly believe to be a good American you need to know all the words to either song, but if you're going to set yourself up as the arbiter of all thing patriotic, it's a good idea to take part of your day to memorize them.

I wish there were some way to force him to say the Pledge of Allegiance in a timely manner - just go straight through it, no Trump schtick where he says something like, "Oh say can you see... See, so far I've got it right. Those are beautiful words. Just beautiful," so he can scrape his memory for the next words.
