Yes - that's obvious. Why would dump hire anyone who actually knew something?
Any staffer that "thought" that they knew more than the don dump was immediately fired.
Best to get stooges (pretty blond one if their available) to babble random words.
At least the earlier version of hitler had some method to his madness, unfortunately. Perhaps pute has some method too.
