I usually get Lukovich, but I don't get this one. I've seen the cow thing that holds a sign saying "eat mor chickin" before, but I don't understand the relation to Pruitt. If the humor is no deeper than hijacking that meme, I'd say he phoned this one in.

I've seen that cartoon before, but I didn't know it was connected to Chik Fil A. I don't see much of their advertising around here.
